Bob and Greta De Jaegher have been happily married for 40 years and can look back on a richly filled life. Their two sons Steve and Carl are also doing well, one as a successful director, the other as a promising chef. Steve's wife Billie just wrote a bestseller about happiness and wants to start having children with her husband. Son-in-law Rik, a zookeeper at the zoo, also tries to get a fresh start with his two children after the death of his wife. On the occasion of the wedding anniversary, the entire family leaves for the weekend. For Bob and Greta, this is the ideal time to announce their new plans... which the family didn't expect at all.
