Freek travels with his permanent team from Norway to Mozambique and from Australia to Suriname to film the most beautiful animals. Under extreme conditions, he pulls out all the stops to bring nature closer. From the air, straight through the jungle but also deep under water, gushing with sweat in the desert and wrapped up against the cold in the snow. From a safe distance he observes a group of lions in Mozambique, but also zoomed in strongly at the shiny legs of the giant poisonous poison dart frog in Suriname. He swims with the largest fish in the world in Australia, eats a green weaver ant, is kissed by a wolf in Norway and of course spots a lot of snakes. He even seduces frightened Bassie to pet one. And while the frilled lizard seems to have walked away from a dinosaur movie, Freek catches a fish that already lived in the days of the dinosaurs, the African lungfish. Fortunately, Freek also shares survival tips. For example, check your shoes before you put them on in the jungle, because before you know it, there is a rosette tarantula in them.
