De spraakmakende actiefilm 'Civil War' heeft het afgelopen weekend de records verbroken. Niet eerder was er een A24-film in Nederland die zo groot opende. De film trok meer dan 35.000 bezoekers wat goed is voor een box office van ruim 345.000 euro. Ook in de Verenigde Staten breekt de film alle records. Daar opent Civil War met een box office van meer dan 25 miljoen en is het de grootste 16+ opening van dit jaar.
