This time the twins do have a tough time when the government decides that the Chameleon must be "chained up." After all, the brothers' beautiful and super-fast boat runs on diesel and that is forbidden. At the same time, a large number of dead animals are found at a Care Farm near the village of Lenten; and a mentally challenged boy Nando claims to be the culprit. Hielke and Sietse do not believe any of this at all ... and together with the punk girl Jossie they search for the real criminals.
